Cut, wash and boil bathua saag leaves, ginger paste, green chilli. Chaat masala, salt, curd. In grinder add bathua saag, ginger paste.

Now add curd, chaat masala, salt. Now grind it and take it into bowl. Heat kadhai add oil.

When oil is heated add red chilli and mustard. Add tadka in bathua saag raita. Now ready to serve.
