In a pan heat butter. Add chopped capsicum, carrot and french beans. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add blanched green peas and boiled sweet corn kernels. Add salt, black pepper powder, chili flakes, oregano and mix well. Cook for couple of minutes. Keep vegetables little crunchy. Transfer into a bowl.

For making white sauce: In a pan heat butter. Add crushed garlic and saute for sometimes. Add all purpose flour and roast until slightly golden. Now add milk gradually in three batches and stir well with hand beater. So lump should not be form.

Add salt, black pepper powder, chili flakes and sugar. Mix well. Add grated cheese and stir until cheese melt and get desired consistency. Prepare semithick sauce.

Add sauted vegetables and combine well.

Transfer this mixture into a baking dish. Apply generous amount of processed cheese and some mozzarella cheese over it. Bake into preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.

Delicious baked vegetables is ready.
