Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Combine the Honey, Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce, and Tomato Paste. In a separate bowl, combine the Cornstarch and Water to make a slurry. Set both aside. - 2
Season the Pork with 2,5 ml Salt and 1 ml Pepper.

In a shallow dish, combine the Flour and 60 ml Cornstarch. In a separate shallow dish, whisk the Eggs in a separate dish.

Coat the Pork cubes first in the flour mixture before dipping them into eggs, then again in the flour mixture.

Heat 2 cups of oil in a wok. Once the oil is hot, fry the pork in batches until a little crispy. Place on kitchen towel and set aside.

Discard the frying oil and wipe clean the wok. Heat wok over medium-high heat and add in 15 ml Sesame Oil.

Add the Garlic and Onions, stir-fry for half a minute. Add in the Red and Green Bell Peppers, and stir-fry for a minute. Finally add in the Pineapple and stir-fry for another minute.

Preheat the airfrier, airfry the Pork till cooked through.

Add he sweet and sour sauce to the wok. Stir to combine and allow the sauce to come to a boil. Reduce heat and wait for the Airfrier to finish.

Add the Pork and stir to combine. Add syrup from Pineapple can if you need a more a less viscose sauce.
Stir the cornstarch slurry and then add it to the pan, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. - 11
Garnish the sweet and sour pork with Spring Onion and Sesame Seeds and serve over steamed rice.
