Kashmiri Salt Tea is very popular in Kashmiri specially for festive occasions. Name sounds intriguing as because it’s salt yet Pink. Let’s dig!

In a bowl add water, Kashmiri Pink tea leaves, baking soda and bring it to boil. Boil until water reduces to half.

Strain and churn with a Churner for 2 mins.

Add to the strained tea milk and Malai and bring it to boil, add salt, more water and keep stirring. The whole process would take 20 mins. Colour will change to pink.

Serve into a teacup and enjoy Kashmiri delicacy
