In a bowl add yogurt and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder. Mix well and set aside.

In a bowl add chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, potatoes, ginger, chillies, chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander, tamarind and green chutney. Mix everything and set aside.

Assembling:-
Arrange papadi in a plate. (I had about 16 in a plate) Add a thick layer of the chickpea mix. Pour the yogurt on top covering the papadi. Garnish with boondi, sev, cumin powder, coriander, finely chopped onions, tomatoes and pomegranate seeds.
Enjoy papadi chaat.
