Blend the silken tofu well until it is smooth and creamy, with no lumps.

Melt the chocolate and let it cool down to room temperature.

Gently fold the melted chocolate into the tofu using a spatula (add the chocolate to the tofu, not the other way around).

At this point, the mixture will have a pudding-like texture. Spoon it into a ramekin and refrigerate for 2 hours. Take it out 10 minutes before serving so it softens a bit. I couldn't wait and tried it right away—it was a little firm, but still delicious!
