Steps

Wash and cook tur dal,keep aside. Wash and finely chop methi leaves.

Heat oil in kadhai or pan. Add jeera, hing,crushed garlic and onion and saute well. Add chopped methi leaves and roast well in tempering.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to it.
Mix well. Add cooked dal and roasted peanut powder. - 4
Cook for 5 minutes more.
Serve with chapati or bhakri.
