3-4 servings

6-8 slicesbread (no added sugar wholemeal)
50gButter
Chopped fruit (2x Apples or Pears, Sultanas)
Fresh Ground Cinnamon (25g?) Thin Sprinkling over each layer!
250 mlLacto Free (or any) Cream
3Eggs
30ml Maple Syrup (or sugar alternative)

Crack eggs into the bowl

Add the cream
3

Add 30ml Maple Syrup (or sugar alternative)

Whisk Together

Butter Both sides of the bread and layer into dish with cinnamon & fruit

Pour over the egg, cream and maple mix

Bake on 180 for 45 mins
