First add the the all pav baji ingers into cooker mix cover the lid cook well for 2,3 wiscle remove the steam, just cool down mesh to cooked veggies with used pavbaji meshar

Now ready for baji / tadka add the oil/Butter in wok or add,first onion ginger garlic paste or cutting veggies spices one by one cook of 5 To 6 minutes

Then add mesh baji and water mix cook again for proper cook the baji

Or add kasuri meethi,chop coriander an again mesh and add more butter,after cooking ready to done yummy tadka pav baji

Roast the pav into hot tawa with adding pav roasting all ingredients, garnish, serve it pav baji with masala pav. 🙂👌👍🏻 (My special recipe Mumbai style pav baji)
