Ingredients

1 cup
  • 2dried lemon, break and remove seeds
  • 1 tbspdried curcum powder
  • 4 tbspscurry powder
  • cloves
  • 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  • 1 tbspblack pepper seeds
  • 10whole cardamom
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1/2 tbspdried ginger
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspcumin seeds

  1. 1

    Kabse spice can be prepared at home, this ingredients yields approx 1 cup.

  2. 2

    Roast on low heat cumin, coriander, cardamom, black pepper and cinnamon. Grind roasted ingredients then add powder ingredients and grind again.
