Pork and Sugar Tomato Fruit Curry

When we eat curry, my family regularly has beef or seafood curry, but this is not a well-simmered curry, so I was able to make a delicious curry using pork bits without it falling apart.
I think this is tasty even with cherry tomatoes if you don't have sugar tomatoes. Of course, regular tomatoes are ok! Potatoes soaked with the flavor of the curry are also delicious, but you can enjoy the taste of the curry itself if you don't add them in, so hold off on them! If you follow the directions written on the curry box or package faithfully (amount of water etc.), then you can make delicious curry. For 6 servings. Recipe by Kyasarintei

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the onions, sauté in a frying pan, and transfer to a curry pot.
- 2
Sauté the pork and carrots in the same frying pan, and transfer to the curry pot. Add water, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- 3
Simply cut the sugar tomatoes in half with the skins intact, and add to the curry pot 5 minutes before adding the roux.
- 4
After simmering for 20 minutes (5 minutes after adding the tomatoes), pinch the tomato skins with a pair of chopsticks, and remove. They will slide off easily.
- 5
Turn off the heat, add curry flakes, turn the heat back on, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Easy Superb Tomato Curry Easy Superb Tomato Curry
We often receive a large amount of cherry tomatoes as a gift, and I've always made them into tomato sauce. I tried them once in a curry, and it was so delicious! So since then I've been making curry whenever I've had a lot of tomatoes on hand. You can use any meat you like! If you make this in a pressure cooker, enough water will come out from the tomatoes and other vegetables, so you don't need any added water! The sweetness of the tomato is delicious, and this curry is good for you too. You can add eggplant and use this as a meat sauce too! If you are making this in a regular pot, please add a little water. Recipe by Nyororon cookpad.japan -

Turnip & Pork Belly Curry Stir-fry Turnip & Pork Belly Curry Stir-fry
To preserve the texture of the turnip, I decided to stir fry rather than boiling them. The light turnips go wonderfully with the rich pork belly.● If you overcook the turnips, then they'll start to fall apart so give them a quick stir fry on high heat (don't worry if the texture seems raw).● Cook everything on high heat. I rearranged an eggplant curry recipe, which my friend taught me.Even my kids who don't like eggplant ate this dish up.This is easy, so there are no tips. Anyone will be able to cook it up.It's a little bit spicy, so you can reduce the amount of garlic, ginger, and curry powder, and add more ketchup for kids. You can also use pre-grated garlic and ginger from a tube.
