Ingredients

1 cuprava
1 cupseedless dates
1/4 cupdrak chocolate chopped
1/2 spoonvenila essence
1 cupmilk
Pinchsalt
3 spoonsghee
2 spoonscocoa powder

Steps

1

Roast rava in 2sp ghee till nice aroma.

Grind dates to smooth paste adding milk, add cocoa powder blend it again.

Add paste to one cup wateradd drak chocolate and melt on low flame.

Add melted chocolate to rava and mix it well keep the heat low and cook it,add ghee remaining mix it.

Add venila essence and give it a nice mix. Chocolate halwa/sheera is ready, serve it warm.
