In a wok or deep pan, heat the oil over high heat and sauté the onion for about 1 minute.

Then add the garlic, carrot, zucchini, bamboo shoots, baby corns, bell peppers, mushrooms, chili powder, and spice mix, and stir-fry them.

Next, push the vegetables to the side of the wok, add the eggs, and scramble them.

Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, and stir for 30 seconds.

Serve, sprinkling with sesame seeds.
