In one mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients for making kand/ purple yam stuffing. Mix well. Make small round shape balls keep aside.

In another mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients for preparing batata wada. In small tadka pan add heat oil. Do tempering of mustard seeds cumin seeds,tumeric powder and asafoetida. Pour it on batata wada stuffing mixture. Mix well and make small round shape balls. Keep aside.

To prepare besan batter.In another mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients except baking soda and lemon juice..add enough water to make pakora batter. Keep aside.

Remove crust side from bread slices. Cut in 4 parts.

Take one piece of bread slice on one side press kand wada stuffing and another side batata wada stuffing as shown. Similarly prepare all.

Heat oil for frying.
In besan batter add baking soda and on it pour lemon juice. Mix well. Dip prepared bread+ wada stuffing bites one by one in besan batter and drop gently in hot oil. Deep fry on low medium flame till crispy golden on both sides. - 7
Serve /Relish Delicious Hot Ulta Kand Batata Pav Wada with green mint corainder chutney and dry garlic chutney.
