将南瓜去皮,然后切成小块蒸熟。

把锅里煮至沸腾,把水烧开后倒入西米用小火开始煮,边煮边搅拌以免糊锅。

煮到西米中间有一个白点后就可以关火了。

关火后焖五分钟让西米中间没有白点就可以了。

将西米捞出来后,用凉水降温,在用滤网筛里沥干水分备用。
