Ingredients

10 min.
2-4 servings
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspchopped garlic
  • 2 tbsporegano
  • 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tbspfennal seeds
  • Salt as per taste
  • as neededWater
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

    In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,all-purpose flour, salt, butter,garlic,oregano,chilli flakes,fennel seeds mix it well properly. now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.

    Now after 10min.knead for dough now take a small portion and make a round shape and little oil on the rolling base and roll it.Now fry on a high flame and flip it on both sides.
