In a pan add milk, add sugar + cardamom powder + ghee and stir well. Now put to flame and wait for a boil.

Add semolina and keep stirring under low to medium flame.
Keep stirring till semolina is cooked and turns thick. Make sure to prevent forming of lumps. - 3
Don’t thick much as after cooling it will turn more thick and turn solid, keep on the softer side and immediately transfer to a plate / thali.

Allow to cool for some time, grease palms with ghee and knead it gently while it is warm.
Now start pinching small size balls from the Suji mixture and give shape of small small balls. Then flatten each balls with help of both palms and keep aside. - 5
Make sugar syrup by adding cardamom, just melt sugar and boil for 3-4 minutes. We just need one string consistency sugar Syrup.

Allow oil to heat, start dropping the flattened balls (3-4 at a time) and deep fry till golden brown, flip and fry the other side too.

Balls are well fried.

Now warm the sugar sugar and then drop the fried balls. Keep for 1 - 2 hour and then it is ready to serve.

Transfer to serving dish and garnish with dry fruits of your choice.
