A simple and quick side for meat or fish.
Steps

Cook the orzo with the bouillon cube according to the package instructions (usually 8-9 minutes).

Drain the orzo.

Lightly sauté the orzo with the olive oil.

Transfer to a serving platter.

Add the cucumber, thyme, oregano, and black pepper.
👉 If you want your side dish more like a salad, add more cucumber. This will also give you more servings.

Mix well.

Garnish with feta cheese and capers or olives. Serve with the pork tenderloin.

Tips:
👉 If the protein you cook has a lot of juices, mix some of it into the orzo! 💯
👉 This dish can be served warm (right after cooking) or at room temperature.
