  1. 10golgappa (pani puri shells)
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. as neededFine sev,
  5. as neededSweet and tangy chutney,
  6. as neededYogurt,
  7. as neededTamarind water,
  8. 1 tablespooncooked chickpeas
  9. Roasted spice powder (cumin, coriander) to taste
  10. 1 tablespoonchaat masala
  11. 1/2 teaspoonblack salt
  12. 1/2 teaspoonchili powder

  1. 1

    Gather and prepare all the ingredients.

    Place the golgappa shells on a plate. Fill each with chopped boiled potatoes and chickpeas.

  3. 3

    Add all the spices, sev, yogurt, and chaat masala. Top with finely chopped onion, sev, and sweet chutney. Serve immediately.
