  • 1 mediumCucumber
  • 2 tbsp●Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp●Yuzu pepper paste
  • 1 dash●Sugar

Steps

    Slice the chikuwa and cucumber into 3-4 cm strips.

  2. 2

    Combine the ●ingredients in a bowl, add the cucumber and chikuwa and mix.

  3. 3

    You can add paprika powder for color, or sesame seeds, which are delicious too.
