Wash and dry the bringle. Make slits in bringle with the help of knife.

Rub a little oil all over the bringle and roast it nicely from all sides.

When the bringle cools down, peel the skin completely and take it into a bowl.

Mash the bringle really good with your hand, or you can use fork, masher or knife.

Add chopped onion, tomato, roasted peanut Powder, pinch of Asafoetida, turmeric powder, Kolhapuri lal tikhat, Cumin Powder, salt and coriander leaves.

Mix everything well together and vangyacha bharit is already.

It goes well with jawar, bajra or rice bhakari.
