Put my oil on the fire add my liver then continue staring till it changes colour then I add my sausage and spice then my pepper and mix very well

Add my onion mix it then then my carrot green pepper you mix very well

Then you add your baked beans and stir it very well then add your water liter and mix cover and allow to cook for some mint is ready to be served
