Ingredients

2 hours
  1. Pineapple filling
  2. 3zuchini grated and dried
  3. 30 gerythtritol
  4. 1 piece of clove,1 piece cinammon
  5. 1 teaspoonlemon zest
  6. 1 teaspoonpineapple essence
  7. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  8. 1 tablespoonmelted butter
  9. The pastry
  10. Dry ingredients
  11. 112 galmond flour
  12. 7 gcoconut flour
  13. 26 gerhytritol
  14. 1/4xanthum gum
  15. 1/4baking soda
  16. Wet ingredients
  17. 56 gbutter salted(if unsalted please add 1/4 salt)
  18. 1 teaspoonessence vanilla

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    The pineapple filling

    Heat butter,add in clove,cinammon.

    Add in squeezed dried zuchini and add the lemon zest lemon juice and erythritol.

    Add in pineapple essence

    Stir until it became pastelike

    Mix all the dry ingredients

    Once all combined,add in wet ingredients.

    Freeze the pastry for 30 min before using

    After 30 min

    Take out the pastry dough

    Make into a ball shape and flatten it..

    Add in the filling(make it into ball like shape so its easier to close it)

    Bake for 15 min with a temperature of 180 degrees

    Do not attempt to bake it at lower temperature as the pastry will melt
