Steps

Pound pork
- 2
Salt and pepper
Both side - 3
Prepare 3 plates
Flour, egg, panko - 4
Panko is looks like this

Cover the pork with flour
- 6
Then cover the pork with egg
- 7
And cover the pork with panko
- 8
Heat oil in a pan
Do not use oil too much
(might be over flow from the pan, and get fire ….) - 9
Fry pork both side until golden
(Medium low to medium heat) - 10
Cut and serve with sauce
I use tonkatsu sauce
