Healthy haldi wheat flour soup

I came to make this soup during the lock down ... When getting ingredients was a task . But while I kept having it I realised that it had benifits that I dint know of before.
So a little about the benifits of this soup 🍲
We very often here our elders say that have a soup you will feel better and it's got this benifit and that benifit ... All my life just like you all I too paind not to much attention to the details of what was been told.
But on drinking this particular soup I noticed major changes in the health condition.
I all my have been a person with a perpetual cold . Which would flare up on the smallest of things. Like if I would wash my hair and keep my hair wet for long or wash my hair and keep it wrapped for say half an hour in a towel ... I would end up sneezing and have a running nose for days after that ...
But after having this soup all of this has gone away .
