Fluffy Cupcakes Made with Skim Milk Powder

I created this recipe because I wanted to eat milk flavoured dessert with skim milk.
I also wanted to use up the skim milk I had around.
*I didn't use a lot of sugar since I'm on a diet.
You can increase the amount by 5~10 g according to your preference. For about 6 cups. Recipe by +pocopoco+

Fluffy Cupcakes Fluffy Cupcakes
I wanted fluffy and moist cupcakes. So I made these so I could play around with the toppings. If you make the meringue nice and thick, the cupcakes will rise nicely. The cakes will be more moist if you bake in a muffin pan rather than paper cups, so I recommend that you use a muffin tray for these. Vanilla Buttermilk Cupcakes Vanilla Buttermilk Cupcakes
My basic go-to vanilla cupcake recipe that I wanted to post really quick. Not too sweet, a good balance of moist and fluffy, and has a good flavor even without frosting. Considering people who don't normally like cupcakes enjoy this recipe, I'll call it a success. Feel free to add more vanilla, sub vanilla beans, or add a tiny bit of almond extract to bring out the vanilla flavor. Cassandra Newcomb -

Milky Strawberry Cupcakes Milky Strawberry Cupcakes
I received strawberries and remembered "Moist Milky Banana Cupcake" recipe that used condensed milk. I just thought that condensed milk would probably go well with strawberries, so I tried making these.Step 1: When microwaving the strawberries, open the door to check on them 2-3 times and make sure that they haven't boiled over. They're done when they become like a loose jam. Step 3: Make sure to add the egg a little at a time. When you first start adding the egg, it won't combine well, but if you add little by little and mix in quickly each time, it will begin to blend together. If it still doesn't blend then add the powder ingredients in quite small amounts and mix to fix. Recipe by Sabumochi cookpad.japan -

Easy Flour-less Chocolate Cupcakes Easy Flour-less Chocolate Cupcakes
Once, after I made cupcakes, I realized that I forgot to add flour. But they were delicious, so I still make them without it.If you have time, finely chopping the chocolate will make it melt faster. The cupcakes will expand a lot when baking, so be careful not to overfill the muffin cups!! Recipe by nokko.t cookpad.japan -
Vanilla Cupcakes Vanilla Cupcakes
These are just a basic cupcake recipe, but they are some of the best I have tried. They are moist and fluffy. If you dont have the vanilla bean on hand, then use an additional 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract instead. Recipe source : Sallysbakingaddiction.com Christina -
