First, after washing the fillet, pat it dry with paper towels.

Then cut into strips and arrange on a plate.

Crush the garlic and then season the fajitas.

Next, add 5 large tablespoons of all-purpose flour to a plate, and add ground pepper to taste.

Now add 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to a plate.

Beat the 4 eggs.

Now heat a pan with enough oil.

Bread the fillets: First coat a fillet in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Place it in the hot pan with oil.

Let it cook well until it changes color and is golden brown. Repeat with all the fillets. I served mine with a salad of lettuce, avocado, chipotle dressing, red salsa, and white rice. Enjoy!
