Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 2sea bass
  • 3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil (about 45 ml)
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 4-5cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupwhite wine (about 120 ml)
  • Parsley, to taste

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Rinse and fillet the sea bass.

  2. 2

    In a large skillet, lightly sauté the olive oil, garlic, and oregano.

  3. 3

    Add the sea bass fillets, chopped cherry tomatoes, white wine, and salt.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley after turning off the heat.
