Soft dhosa

This dhosa comes out soft and spongy like idli. It tastes yummy as it is or with the chutney. Each dhosa takes about 2 minutes to cook.
It can also be made instantly using #rava #sooji #soji. Recipe attached in the ingredient section

Steps
- 1
The batter should be the same (or a little thinner) consistency as for idli. It should be a little less airy than for idli.
- 2
Heat up a non-stick pan. Grease it with a bit of oil. Put ¼ cup of batter in the middle and spread it like for uttapa (a little thick, not much)
- 3
Cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame. It will leave the pan when ready. If the top part of the dhosa does not feel wet, it's ready. If you wish to cook it on the other side of it too, you can.
- 4
It's ready. Remove it from the pan and serve with chutney.
- 5
This is how the dhosa and the chutney look like when made by The lady shred who shred this recipe with me.
