Green Beans with Eggs

Cut both ends of green beans and cut in half if long. Thin the beans cut in half by cutting them in half lengthwise(You can see from the video).

Add the olive oil to the pan and add the onion and peppers cut into small cubes and cook.

Add the tomatoes peeled and cut into small cubes, and tomato/pepper paste mix and cook.

Add salt and spices and mix.

Add the beans and mix, set the stove to the lowest heat. Cook with the lid closed.

Check the water constantly, if there is no watering in the pot, add half a cup or 1 cup of hot water and mix (This dish will not be watery so be careful of the amount of water).

Crack the eggs on the cooked beans and cook for a few minutes by closing the lid again.
