  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1 tspCrushed coriander seeds
  • 1 tspCrushed cumin seeds
  • 2Onions large
  • 4-6Green chillies
  • 4-6Fresh red chillies
  • 1Egg
  • 1 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil,peel and mashed potatoes.

    Finely chop the onions and chillies.
