  • 1segment of ginger
  • 2kaffir lime leaves
  • 1/4 spoonchili powder
  • 1 Spoon5 spice powder
  • 1medium red onion
  • 1lemon grass
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • 1 spoonsalt

    Blend ginger, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass,

    Add it into a pot add meat balls tooo, when it start fragrants add chopped choy som
