Keep all the ingredients ready.

Boil potatoes and grate them after removing their peels.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add dabeli masala, red chili powder, turmeric, asafoetida, mix it well and bring it to a boil by adding 1/4 cup water.

Now add grated potatoes to it and mix it well, add salt, jaggery powder and tamarind juice to it and mix it well.

Bring the Dabeli vegetable to the steam and cook it. Now take out Dabeli vegetable in a plate and spread it and put chopped onion, coriander, pomegranate seeds, sev on top.

Now cut the pav in the middle and apply tamarind chutney and stuff it with dabeli vegetable. Heat a griddle and add butter to it and roast the pav till it turns golden brown from both the sides.

Spicy and delicious dabeli is ready.
