Ingredients

  • 500 gmsOkra
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 11/2 tspRoasted,crushed coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tspRoasted,crushed cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspCumin powder
  • 1/4 tspMango powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the head from okra and leave the tail intact with it.

    Slit the okra from center.

    Mix together spices,lemon and a tbsp of oil into a smooth paste.

    Stuffed okra with the spice mix.

    Heat remaining oil in a pan.

    Add okra and fry till done.
