Cooking Instructions

Pancake Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until almost smooth; add eggs and cinnamon if in use.
(For smoother consistency use a blender). - 2
For Dash Pancake Maker:
Preheat your pancake maker according to manual instructions.
Pour ¼ cup (4 tbsp.) of banana batter onto a pancake maker (¼ cup is a perfect amount for a Dash pancake maker).
Cook for 4 minutes. No need to flip.
Using a heat-proof spatula lift the pancake and transfer the cooked pancake to a serving plate, and cook the rest of the batter.
Serve hot/warm with your favorite toppings; maple syrup, sliced bananas, fruits, or honey! - 3
For Griddle:
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup (4 tbsp.) for each pancake.
Cook until pancakes are golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes per side, flip the pancakes, and then cook until lightly golden on both sides, 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve hot.
