Steps

Clean kulfa property to remove decaying matter.
Cut it well and wash it properly in a vessel. - 2
Take a pan add cooking oil till heated add cut kulfa to it and add red pepper powder and salt to it.
Cover with lid. - 3
Stir it at regular intervals of time ⏲. When cooked put it on a high flame and stirring continuously to remove its left over water 💧 that it released while cooking due to heat.

Enjoy this dish with pulses or daal and rice 🍚
