Take milk in broad thick bottom pan. Heat it once boiling reduced flame. Allowed layer to be form.

Keep scraping. When milk reduced 1/2 add sugar green cardemom powder mix and simmer 5 min. Mixture will be thicken and flowing concitency. Off the flame. Add almonds and saffron (soak in 2 tabspoon milk)

Allowing mixture to cool
Remove top part of mangoes. Run sharp knife around seed Slowly pulls out seed using spoon. - 4
Place mango on glass / bowl pour milk into mangoes pop into freezer for 5 hours / overnight

Take out frozen mango peel skin.
Now cut into pieces with kulfi in center.
