Leftover roti sabji and rice cutlet
Steps

Take sabji and rice in bowl
• add crashed roti in it and mix well - 2
Add breadcrumbs and all the spices in it
• add lemon juice and mix well keep it aside - 3
Heat up the pan add butter in it saute onion and green chilli
•add the sauted onion and green chilli in mixture - 4
Shape the cutlet and coat it with sevayeyin
• coat the cutlet in cornflour and water mixture - 5
Again coat in sevayeyin and deep fry the cutlet
•yummy and delicious cutlet is ready
