  • 4eggs
  • 1 1/2 cupsflour (about 180 grams)
  • 2/3 cupsugar (about 125 grams)
  • 3 1/8 cupsmilk (about 750 milliliters)

    Crack the eggs into a large bowl and mix well.

    Add the milk and sugar, then gradually add the flour while mixing.

  3. 3

    Pour the batter into a large, lightly buttered baking dish.

  4. 4

    Preheat the oven to 480°F (250°C) for 10 minutes, then bake the dish for 40 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
