My child is mildly allergic to flour and eggs, so I came up with this recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 50 gramsSilken tofu (not drained)
  2. 90 gramsSoy milk
  3. 15 gramsVegetable oil
  4. 30 gramsBeet sugar (or regular sugar)
  5. 20 gramsKinako
  6. 20 gramsOkara powder
  7. 50 gramsRice flour
  8. 3 1/2 gramsBaking powder
  9. 15 gramsSesame seeds (I used white)

Cooking Instructions

    Break the tofu finely in a sieve or blend into a paste in a food processor.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients into the tofu and mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour the dough into donut molds, like a silicone mold, and bake in a 355°F/180°C preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Cool on a rack or in a sieve.
