  • 1 cupjowar flour
  • 2 tbspghee

Steps

10minutes
  1. 1

    Boil 1 cup water,put off flame.Add jowar flour,mix with a spatula.Take out in a plate,let it cool 2 minutes.Knead with hands to form a soft dough. (If needed add some water)

    Divide ito 4-6 equall portion.Roll each portion into a roti.

    Heat griddle,put roti vook on medium flame on both sides

    Take out,apply ghee.Enjoy😊
