Extraordinarily Moist! Creamy Avocado Bread Made in a Bread Machine

I just wanted to bake bread using a whole avocado.
It has olive oil too, so it is full of nutrients and is good for your skin.
If you add in cheese at the ingredients call, then this will turn out even richer! It will taste like a cake.
If you want to decrease the taste of the avocado, then please use half an avocado and increase the amount of milk to 170~180ml. For 1 loaf. Recipe by pogue

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Please use a ripe avocado. (The skin should be black and it should be soft when you stretch it out). It will ripen quickly if you leave it in a warm spot facing the sun.
- 2
Place the bread case on a scale, scoop the avocado with a spoon, drop it in, and pour in the milk, and make sure it weighs 240g.
- 3
Add in the rest of the remaining ingredients, and set the yeast in the designated location. Start it on the "fast-bake course."
- 4
This has a rich flavor, so it's good to cut it into sticks and then eat it. It goes well with garlic butter or cheese!

I wanted to eat a moist, rich bread...I put lots of butter on top too so it's a bit high in calories.✿ This dough is is relatively high in sugar which causes it to burn more easily, so please keep and eye on it and cover with a piece of foil if needed.✿ If you are making 1 bread-machine loaf: I think it should go without any problems using the ingredient amounts listed as described in step 6. Chocolate Marble Bread Made in a Bread Machine Chocolate Marble Bread Made in a Bread Machine
I made this chocolate marble bread at my children's request. An important point of Step 8 is to leave space for the dough to rise after you put it back in the bread pan.The second rising may not be long enough when made in a bread machine so the pattern may come out a bit checkered.Personally, I think it might be better to let the dough rise for a second time, then bake it in the oven, but it tastes just as good made in a bread machine, and you can still see a nice marbled pattern. Soft and Fluffy Apple Ring Bread Using a Bread Machine ! Soft and Fluffy Apple Ring Bread Using a Bread Machine !
I came up with this recipe because I wanted to make a bread using cooked apples and that would still be good the day after it was baked. It's really light and fluffy when freshly-baked! It's even moister the next day and still soft! Great for breakfast or as a snack. This dough is fairly easy to handle, but dust it with flour if you find it sticks. Make the icing almost too hard at first, and thin with milk a tiny bit at a time. Bake the dough in a pound cake pan, or individual cups. Recipe by Toiroiro cookpad.japan
