Extraordinarily Moist! Creamy Avocado Bread Made in a Bread Machine

I just wanted to bake bread using a whole avocado.
It has olive oil too, so it is full of nutrients and is good for your skin.

If you add in cheese at the ingredients call, then this will turn out even richer! It will taste like a cake.
If you want to decrease the taste of the avocado, then please use half an avocado and increase the amount of milk to 170~180ml. For 1 loaf. Recipe by pogue

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 220 gramsBread (strong) flour
  2. 30 gramsCake flour
  3. 1 smallAvocado
  4. 20 gramsSugar
  5. 4 gramsSalt
  6. 15 gramsOlive oil
  7. 110 mlWater or soy milk (or milk)
  8. 1 1/2 tsp4 1/5 grams) Dry yeast

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Please use a ripe avocado. (The skin should be black and it should be soft when you stretch it out). It will ripen quickly if you leave it in a warm spot facing the sun.

  2. 2

Place the bread case on a scale, scoop the avocado with a spoon, drop it in, and pour in the milk, and make sure it weighs 240g.

  3. 3

Add in the rest of the remaining ingredients, and set the yeast in the designated location. Start it on the "fast-bake course."

  4. 4

This has a rich flavor, so it's good to cut it into sticks and then eat it. It goes well with garlic butter or cheese!
