Take all the needed ingredients.
Soak the dried peas around 8 hrs, and for rice 30mts. - 2
In a hot cooker,pour oil and ghee, do the seasoning. then add sliced onion and salt,saute until it becomes brown. Next,add sliced tomato,saute.

Now add ginger garlic paste,then you can add coriander and mint leaves.
Saute well. Now add garam masala and mix. Now it's time to add aloo and soaked matar, mix well. - 4
Cook them around 5-7mins. Now add 2 and 1/4th cup of coconut milk(for 1cup rice,1.5cup water ratio). Let it boil in low flame. Once it boils add soaked rice and gently mix them. Again allow it to boil after that Check salt level.

Close the lid and cook for 2 whistle in low flame. Opennthe lid when the pressure released.

That's all. Easy and tasty Aloo Matar Pulav is ready.
