Take the wheat flours a the maida add oi, salt,hing,aijwain (Kasuri methi)optional,water as per need and bind semi soft dough and rest for 10 mins minimum.

Then mesh four,five boiled potatoes in a dish or 🥣 pour salt,coriander leaves,cumin powder or seeds,red chilli powder,lemon juice,sejwan chutney or maggi masala,green chill and then mix every thing nicely 🤔.

Then take a one small piece of dough according to kachori,spread and fill potatoes filling and again roll it and spread like kachori with the help of finger or rolling pin.Make OT all like same process.

Then heat kadhai with one bowl oil 🛢.Then frying kachori "sone by one in golden brown in colour,in medium/sim flame 🔥.

After frying all serve it hot with tea or chutney. Or pack in a tiffin
