Lauki Laccha
Steps

Take a lengthier bottle gourd because make its lengthier laccha. At first, wash the bottle gourd properly and dry the bottle gourd. Peel the bottle gourd then use julienne peeler.

Then tie laccha from the center because they wont combine as a heap. Keep it slightly loose. Now wash it and remove its sourness.

Now make a sugar syrup. Take a kadhai add sugar and water in it. Cook till sugar dissolves in water. The sugar syrup has cooked. Add laccha for cooking. Stir it and leave it cook for 7-8 minutes. Then flip it and cook till sugar syrup becomes dry.

Laccha appear transparent and juice has saparated. Cook it for 7-8 minutes. Flip it. Now laccha cook well from both sides and dry the sugar syrup completely. Keep the flame on high.

The sugar syrup has become thicker in consistency. Flip it again. The laccha appear white from the bottom. Cook it more dried. Remove the kadhai and cut its thread. Keep aside to cool down and separating and spreading.

Add rose water or kevda essence and mix well. Lauki Laccha are ready to eat. Serve it and enjoy..... 😊😊
