  • 2big Onions
  • Red,Yellow,Green Capsicum
  • Paprika,Thyme,Salt

    Peel and Deep Fry the Potatoes

    Put in a Strainer, to dip excess oil..Add paprika, salt and thyme,then mix

  3. 3

    Cut the Onions and Capsicum into rings and small chunks

    Fry both the Onions and Capsicum till translucent

    When translucent add the Potatoes mix and Serve while hot..
