  • 1 cupboiled chole
  • 1 tspturmericpowder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1 tspchopped garlic
  • 1 cuptomato garlic onion puree
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 cupwater

  1. 1

    Now in a pan add ghee,garlic, tomato garlic onion puree mix it well. Now add some spices like (salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmericpowder) mix it well.

    Now add boiled chole and cook for 5 min.

    Now add kasuri methi and boil it for 5 min on low flame.now chole is ready to serve.
