First of all fine chop onion, green chilly and ginger.

Take a bowl. Add boiled potato and mash them.

Take a wok. Heat 2 tablespoon oil and add black mustard seeds. Now add finely chopped green chillies, ginger and onion.

Add mashed potatos. Sprinkal salt to taste, Red chilli powder, raw mango powder and roasted cumin powder. Saute it well.
Keep it aside and let it cool. - 5
Take washed capsicum. Make a 3/4th cut on the top of capsicum

Fill it with potato mixture.

Take a wok and heat the remaining oil in it. Keep all the filled capsicum in it.... cover it for five minutes.

Keep saute it every after 5 minutes until it got softer.
Stuffed capsicum is ready to eat. Serve it with chapati...
