These ragi dosas are easy to make. You can prepare batter a day before & make dosas next day. Good for breakfast or tiffin too.

Steps

In a mixing bowl, Soak urad dal & fenugreek seeds. Rest them for 4-5 hours.

After 4 hours grind urad dal & methi together into mixer jar. Pour this batter into other pan.
Now, add 1 cup ragi flour + 1 cup wheat flour into urad dal ground batter. Mix all ingredients well & set them aside for fermentation for overnight. - 3
Next day, check the batter. Batter has well fermented.
add 1 tsp salt. add water 2-3 tsp if needed. - 4
Heat tawa. Grease tawa with oil. Pour laddleful of batter on heated tawa. Spread batter circular direction. like dosa

Cover & cook for 3-4 min. Then apply little oil on the dosa. Again cook for 2-3 minutes to make it crisp. Take off ragi dosa from tawa.

Serve this hot crispy ragi dosa with coconut or any chutney & sambhar.
