Daki sawal of yesterday rice with fruit ginger, small onion,green chilli and tadka

This is very special and full of vitamine minerals because this rice wil be prepared on yesterday cooked rice and when we were going to sleep at the night soaked in a mud clay vessel and full of water and covered fully overnight it will be soaked and produce lot of good minerals,and vitamine by overnight it is very good not only for seniors and also for juniors.in our village side(tamilnadu)this is the main breakfast all the farmers will take food and go their work..it will give you a satisfy stomach till they return from the paddy work they won't feel hungry ..

Ingredients

3,people.
  1. 1.yesterday prepared rice soaked in water 2 glass
  2. 2.Desi daki one and half cup
  3. 3.salt one tsp
  4. 4.fruit anar half (separated and cleaned)
  5. 5.small onion raw 4 to 5nos
  6. 6.tadka black rai half tsp
  7. 7.refined oil one tsp
  8. 8.urad dal half tsp
  9. 9.hing quater tsp
  10. 10.green chilli one or two cut in to smal piece
  11. 11.curry leaves few
  12. 12.green chilli raw one or two
  13. 13.small kacha mango achar (without oil) Using few drops of castor oil..(long lasting purpose)this recipe available in my cook pad receipe
  14. 14coriander leaves few
  15. 25.ginger few stripes

    First overnight soaked in water take the rice squeeze the extra water in the rice do not squeeze fully little bit of water available is good for health.

    Add salt daki and keep it in a vessel.in the meanwhile prepared your anar fruit separate it. And keep in a vessel and cut your small onion by removing the skin wash it keep it separately.

    Keep a small tadka vessel pour some refined oil and pour black rai,urad dal,hing,curry leaves,green chilli everything fried and and pour materials in your daki bath and add your anar fruit,small onion,green chilli,coriander leaves mix nicely.keep it in a fridge for sometime for cool effect and eat with your lunch or dinner your wish.The side dish is go with your small mango kacha achar perfect combination..for summer heat..Try in your home very tasty and fulfilling your stomach...
